I have a theory: Leadership

My last post was in relation to business. You can see from the video that even these basic points can be taught to kids. If only all of our kids could be taught these qualities, I think we would be a lot better off.

Last Sunday while i was in church where I was supposed to be listening to the priest I began thinking of a very basic question that often gets overlooked.

What Makes a great leader? And how it translates into business.
